The house is accessed through two gates, one of which is for car access.
In the back courtyard you will find a space where you can enjoy a comfortable outdoor dining table, a barbecue in Apulian stone and a comfortable rocking sofa, ideal for those who want to spend time in the fresh air in the company of their loved ones and friends.

You will also find a comfortable and spacious laundry room with a service bathroom, a useful washing machine and two bicycles with which to move easily in Lido Marini and between the beaches.
An outdoor shower completes the rear outdoor area.

Living Area

A large and bright living room with an oval dining table, two soft sofas, TV and a dedicated work space, is connected to a very well-equipped and large kitchen, also with a dining table, by a beautiful arched wooden door.

All the doors, windows and shutters in the house are made of solid polished wood.

Sleeping Area

You will find three large bedrooms: in the first there is a double bed and TV, in the second there are two single beds, in the third there are three single beds and TV. The beds in the third bedroom can become a single and a double, if necessary.

Bathrooms

The bathroom completes the interior of the house, where you will find everything you need and the necessary linen, with a spacious brick shower.
